All presenters must be members of the Intercultural Education Society of Japan (IESJ) in order to present at the conference. For a group presentation, the first presenter can register to present once all co-presenters have completed their conference registration (see “Participate as a member” for the steps to register).
Please read "6. Types of Presentations" carefully and make sure to apply for an appropriate type of presentation.
The title submitted for the presentation application will be the title in the conference program. Please ensure that the title of your application, abstract, and actual presentation are the same. The organizing committee will not make any corrections even if the title of your abstract differs from the original title.
For the affiliation to be listed for the presentation proposal, please follow these guidelines:
University faculty/staff: University name only (no need to include department or faculty).
Graduate students: University name + Graduate School (no need to include program names such as Master’s or Doctoral courses, or specific departments).
Others: Organization name only (e.g., ○○ High School, NPO □□, etc.).
Only presenters who give individual paper presentations are eligible for the Outstanding Presentation Award.
