Conference Registration

This page is for registration for the 47th Annual Conference of the Intercultural Education Society of Japan (IESJ).

Participate as a presenter:

You must be a member of the Intercultural Education Society of Japan (IESJ) in order to present at the conference. If you are a non-member, please complete the membership registration at your earliest convenience because the membership application process may take a few week

Please follow the steps below:

1. Become a member
   • Please note that the fiscal year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31
2. Pay membership fee
3. Register for a conference
4. Pay conference registration fee
5. Submit your presentation application
   • Please note you are not allowed to change your presentation title after you register your presentation.

※Early-bird registration deadline: May 19 (Tue.)

Non-presenting participants who do not register in advance can also sign up at the reception desk on the day of the conference. Please note that the participation fee can only be paid in cash at the reception desk. We kindly ask you to prepare accordingly.

• You may pay by credit card.
• Please note that the fiscal year begins on April 1 and ends on March 31.

Step 3: How to register for a conference presentation

Please register using this webpage. There are three categories available—select the one that best applies to you and complete your registration.

Step 4: How to pay a registration fee

Once you’ve completed your registration, you will receive an email containing the bank account information for the fee payment.
